Turquoise Arts is a not for profit Community Interest Company established in 2024, based in the Calder Valley in West Yorkshire with its spectacular, natural landscapes with beautiful wildlife and rugged moorlands. We aim to deliver quality arts education that has a community focus at its core, which connects people with nature and fosters health and well being. We share a vision to forge meaningful links with our community and to work with other creative organisations and groups to deliver artistic projects. Our objective is to bring people together in the community to help them reach their creative potential. We endeavour to create those meaningful opportunities for people to participate in art activity, engaging with other creatives and helping to support well being.
We view art as an inclusive activity and pursuit that should be available to everyone, and can facilitate personal growth and development.
